Sr. Systems Engineer

The role of Digital Application Support at STL Digital involves monitoring and responding to user queries and incident emails, ticketing system, or support platform (Symphony). You will be responsible for performing initial triage, troubleshooting, and resolving common issues related to Digital Applications. It is essential to accurately document issues, solutions, and coordinate with the OEMs. In case of unresolved or critical issues, you are required to escalate them to OEMs with complete and detailed logs. Additionally, the role entails leading projects, mentoring junior team members, and delivering successful SAP SD implementations while ensuring SLA compliance for response and resolution times.
