Job Description

As a Senior System Administrator at Games2win World, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all IT systems. You will work with a team of Service Engineers to oversee various aspects of the network infrastructure, VPNs, physical systems, mobile devices, backup servers, version control repositories, email systems, servers running on AWS and Google, and software licensing. Your key responsibilities will include: - Working with a team of Service Engineers to ensure smooth operation of all IT systems at Games2win. - Overseeing network infrastructure at the Mumbai office, VPNs accessed by remote employees, physical systems, mobile devices, backup servers, version control repositories, email systems, servers running on AWS and Google, and software licensing. - Ensuring that document protocols are followed for all tasks executed by the team and creating/updating Standard Operating Procedures as required. - Resolving system failures and troubleshooting issues promptly. - Monitoring the performance of all systems to proactively identify usage trends and potential problems. - Ensuring security through access controls, backups, and firewalls. To excel in this role, you should have: - 4+ years of experience as a Sr. System Administrator, Network Administrator, or a similar role. - Experience with Mac and Windows OSs, networks (LAN, WAN), and patch management. - Knowledge of system security, data backup/recovery, and intrusion detection systems. - Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude. - Excellent communication skills. - Past experience working with remote teams. In terms of educational qualifications, we are looking for candidates who are BE/BSc IT or MCA graduates with a Diploma in Hardware & Networking.,
