Job Description

The Cloud Platform team at VISA is looking for a talented full stack engineer to join the team. Expect to be working day in and day out on solving challenging problems on distributed scheduling, orchestration, multi threading and building responsive user interfaces. We would expect you to be a quick learner with a go-getter attitude. In return you would get to work with a team that holds intellectual property on distributed computing algorithms and work on complex cloud native microservices. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Java and Angular. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, innovate and deliver new features. Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications by delivering zero-defect, high-quality code with a proactive approach Identify and resolve bottlenecks and bugs to devise effective solutions. Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality, performance, and security. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the team uses the best practices. This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager. Basic Qualifications -3+ years of relevant work experience with a bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD, OR 5+ years of relevant work
