You will utilize cutting-edge technology to revolutionize digital offerings, ensuring unparalleled customer experiences. **Key Responsibilities:** - Ensure the availability, performance, and scalability of systems and services through proactive monitoring, maintenance, and capacity planning. - Resolve, analyze, and respond to system outages and disruptions, implementing measures to prevent similar incidents. - Develop tools and scripts to automate operational processes, reducing manual workload and improving system resilience. - Monitor and optimize system performance and resource usage, identifying and addressing bottlenecks. - Collaborate with development teams to integrate best practices for reliability, scalability, and performance into the software development lifecycle. - Stay informed of industry technology trends and actively contribute to fostering a culture of technical excellence and growth. **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum qualification of a bachelor's degree. - Strong understanding of Unix, SQL, Hadoop ecosystems, DevOps Jenkins pipeline, Chef, and cloud. - Proficient in writing Unix scripts to automate activities related to system monitoring. - Strong communication skills to interact with key stakeholders across geographies and senior management for escalations. The role is based out of Pune.
