Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Kozhikode for a Senior Student Counsellor (Study Abroad). The role involves providing expert guidance and counseling to students aspiring to study abroad. Daily responsibilities include assessing student profiles, offering advice on career and educational pathways, assisting with application processes, managing customer relationships, and delivering exceptional student support. The Senior Counsellor will also collaborate with team members to ensure a positive and seamless journey for students.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Student Counseling and Career Counseling skills to guide students effectively in their academic and professional choices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with students and addressing their inquiries and concerns.
• Customer Service skills to ensure a supportive and client-focused experience.
• Background in Education or experience in a related field, demonstrating knowledge and understanding of academic systems and processes.
• High level of organization, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing tailored solutions to students.
• Experience in study abroad processes or relevant industries would be a strong advantage.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant discipline preferred.
