Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Student Counselor (Study Abroad) based in Kozhikode. The responsibilities of the Senior Student Counselor include providing guidance and advice to students regarding academic and career opportunities abroad, helping students select suitable courses and universities based on their goals, and assisting with visa processes, application submissions, and related documentation. The role also involves effective communication with students and their families to ensure a positive experience and offering exceptional customer service throughout the counseling process.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Student Counseling and Career Counseling to guide students effectively towards their academic and career goals
• Excellent Communication skills and Customer Service abilities for maintaining positive interactions with students and their families
• Background in Education to offer well-informed advice regarding courses, universities, and academic opportunities
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities to handle diverse students' requirements
• Proficiency in managing applications, visa processes, and related documentation
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced on-site environment
• Prior experience in study abroad counseling or education industry is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
