Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Sr Statistical Programmer with 5-10 years of experience to join our team at Syneos Health, located in the Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement statistical analysis plans for clinical trial data.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality deliverables.
Design and maintain complex databases for storing and managing large datasets.
Conduct statistical programming activities such as data cleaning, transformation, and visualization.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
Provide technical guidance and support to junior programmers and staff.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of statistical concepts and methodologies.
Experience with statistical programming languages such as SAS or R.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with database management systems and software development life cycles.
