Role Overview: You will be a part of Listening Ears, a leading early intervention center, located in Jasola, New Delhi. Join a prestigious team dedicated to transforming lives through specialized therapy and support. As an Audiologist or Speech-Language Pathologist, you will work alongside renowned Knowledge Partners and Clinical Directors at Special Olympics Bharat. Key Responsibilities: - Provide audiometric evaluations including standard audiometric testing such as Pure Tone Audiometry, Immittance audiometry, and Behavior Observation Audiometry. Correlate various test results. - Implement Otoacoustic Emissions (OAE) and provide Cochlear Implant counseling, Mapping, and management. - Address Child and Adult language disorders, Motor speech disorders, Fluency Disorders, Voice disorders, Articulation and Phonological disorders. - Engage in direct interactions with patients and clients, apply AVT, AT for Hearing Impaired cases, and provide Hearing Technology counseling. - Conduct speech assessments for all age groups using Tools, equipment, materials, Standardised and Non-standardized tests. - Attend individualized education program (IEP) meetings for students, consult with teachers, parents, or medical providers as necessary. - Maintain records, lesson plans, and reports following the company's protocol. Qualifications Required: - At least 2 years of experience in Audiology or Speech-Language Pathology. - Proficiency in audiometric evaluations, Otoacoustic Emissions (OAE), and Cochlear Implant counseling. - Sound knowledge of addressing various language disorders, speech disorders, and fluency disorders in both children and adults. - Experience in conducting speech assessments for different age groups and attending IEP meetings. - Strong communication skills for interacting with patients, clients, teachers, parents, and medical providers. - Ability to maintain accurate records, lesson plans, and reports.,
