Description
You are an experienced AEM Tech Lead responsible for supporting and managing the implementation and development of enterprise content management solutions using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). Your role will involve leading a talented team in developing, operating, and innovating AEM-based websites and solutions, ensuring seamless integration with various Adobe Marketing Cloud systems. - **Technical Leadership:** Plan, direct, and coordinate team activities for the management and implementation of AEM-based solutions. - **AEM Development:** Lead the implementation of enterprise content management solutions based on AEM, ensuring efficient deployment and performance. - **Customer Analysis & Implementation Concepts:** Analyze customer requirements and create implementation concepts aligning with business needs. - **Innovative Solutions:** Independently develop and implement innovative ideas to enhance the platform. - **AEM Architecture & Staging:** Provide support in transferring AEM into the EPD's development and operating environment, including AEM architecture and staging. - **Java-based Development:** Develop release-capable AEM software components using Java and related technologies. - **Web Frontend Implementation:** Implement HTML templates into AEM JSP templates, ensuring high-quality and functional web interfaces. - **System Integration:** Integrate Adobe Marketing Cloud systems such as Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and Adobe Tag Manager. - **Product Owner Support:** Assist the product owner in assessing requirements related to AEM architecture, technologies, internal interfaces, and third-party system integrations. - **Team Collaboration:** Lead the team in working collaboratively across geographies and time zones. - More than 8 years of hands-on experience in AEM development and tech leadership. - Ability to lead and run work packages or migration waves with minimal direction. - Strong focus on delivering quality results on time. - Ability to manage work across multiple time zones and geographies. - Must be willing to travel as needed. You will be working with AEM Developer tools such as Apache Felix, Apache Sling, Jackrabbit, and CRXDE. Additionally, familiarity with Java Content Repository API, OSGi, Maven, Git, design patterns, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ExtJS, jQuery, pair programming, code reviews, testing at all levels, JIRA, and Confluence is required.
