Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Sr. Sous Chef at Ira by Orchid Hotels located in Ayodhya. The Sr. Sous Chef will be responsible for overseeing the daily operation of the kitchen, including menu planning, food preparation, and maintaining kitchen standards. The role involves collaborating with the culinary team to create innovative dishes that resonate with guests.

Qualifications

Culinary skills in menu planning, food preparation, and kitchen management
Experience in supervising culinary staff and working in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Strong understanding of various cooking techniques and flavor profiles
Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations
Creativity and ability to develop new dishes and concepts
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Experience in high-end or luxury hospitality establishments is a plus
Culinary degree or relevant certification
