Job Description

As a Senior Solution Manager at Elektrobit, you will focus on solving customer problems, pain points, and market needs by creating solutions that combine products, reusable items, engineering services, and possibly 3rd party offerings. Your solutions should include delivery as well as long-term maintenance and support, always guided by reusability. If the current portfolio does not fully meet the customer's requirements, your first reaction will be to start with the assets available. You will work to help the customer understand that speed of delivery, price, and bespoke offerings do not always go hand in hand. Moreover, you will be responsible for the profitability of offerings and collaborate closely with R&D and the Commercial organization to forecast and manage revenue and cost budgets, ensuring overall profitability. You will use market intelligence and data to continually review the market fit of offerings, define future solution offerings, and make informed decisions on where to invest further. Evaluating new business models to adapt to market changes and increase overall market acceptance of a solution will also be part of your responsibilities. **Roles & Responsibilities:** - Continuously explore markets and users, gathering qualitative and quantitative insights about market dynamics, competitor and user preferences. - Engage directly with customers throughout the product life cycle to incorporate their needs into product strategy and released solutions. - Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with business objectives. - Act as a liaison between the development team and stakeholders, ensuring shared understanding of the product vision, priorities, and progress. - Foster collaboration among business and technical stakeholders to plan and prioritize features for the upcoming Program Increment. - Create, manage, and prioritize the team backlog, refining it based on feedback and changing priorities. - Ensure the success of solution delivery by maintaining alignment between business and development as priorities and scope change. - Optimize the operational value stream by enabling sales with target customer lists and marketing with USPs and Go-to-Market activities. - Own the business case, maintain the roadmap, and support long-term growth objectives. - Support revenue delivery through business model thinking and establishing productivity and cost efficiencies targets.,
