Job Description

Role Overview: As a Supply Chain Planning Solutions Lead, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end delivery of AI/ML forecasting models, driving business transformation through functional consulting, and process optimization. You will act as a strategic advisor and hands-on expert in Blue Yonder implementations, ensuring high-quality execution and customer success. Key Responsibilities: - Assist Project Managers in planning efforts, including detailed project plan task detail based on the specific phase/need of the project - Communicate and/or support business cases to Product Management Group and Product Development regarding specific trends for future product functionality and enhancements - Develop and utilize AI/ML algorithms in statistical forecasting space - Have working experience with R and python packages - Represent Blue Yonder in industry conferences and workshops as required - Execute projects single-handedly with high delivery quality - Lead business diagnostics, process analysis, and design workshops to support solution design - Write functional specifications during the design phase of the project - Develop functional business process test scripts outlining new or updated end-user functional processes - Conduct customized end-user training workshops - Provide advice to customers regarding industry best practices and process methodology - Identify incremental revenue opportunities with existing customers/projects - Serve as a functional liaison between Blue Yonder project team and key customer contacts - Setup and coordinate user acceptance testing efforts - Provide non-technical end-user support during the "go-live" and post-go-live period - Ensure knowledge transfer is conducted with key customer project team/end users - Communicate project risks and escalate project issues if needed - Complete assigned work within the allotted time and with a high level of quality - Conduct oneself in a professional manner with Blue Yonder customers and internal associates Qualifications Required: - 10-14 years of hands-on experience as a functional consultant providing supply chain solutions - Advanced degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, or Operations Research preferred - Relevant solutions consulting and implementation experience with other leading supply chain planning solutions - Strong business analysis skills, understanding of statistical algorithms, SCM concepts, and tactical planning - Relevant industry certification from APICS, TOGAF will be a plus - Experience working in Management consulting organization or Supply Chain Center of Excellence settings preferred - Knowledge in performance tuning techniques is an added advantage - Understanding of Database structures and various technical platforms and infrastructures - Ability to prepare and deliver presentations for user and management - Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills - Extensive travel required (Note: The additional details of the company were not included in the provided job description),
