Sr. Solution Architect - AWS

As a Solution Architect, your role involves configuring and managing various Cloud Services. You will handle escalated/production issues, problem tickets, and provide solutions. You will guide the support team in troubleshooting and take ownership of customer issues to ensure effective resolution. Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and identifying solutions for customer issues will be part of your responsibilities. Having knowledge in Server Administration for both Windows and Linux environments is essential. Key Responsibilities: - Configure and manage various Cloud Services - Work on escalated/production issues and problem tickets - Provide solutions and guide the support team in troubleshooting - Take ownership of customer issues and see problems through to resolution - Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify solutions for customer issues - Utilize knowledge in Server Administration for Windows and Linux environments Qualifications Required: - Strong expertise in AWS-related Software Architecture - In-depth infrastructure knowledge in AWS - Excellent oral and written communication skills with customer interaction experience - Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Windows and Linux environments - Strong networking knowledge including LAN/WAN, IP addressing & Subnetting, HTTP(S), FTP, SMTP, VPN - Experience working with scripting languages and exposure to automation - Proficiency in working with ticketing systems - Familiarity with ITIL processes,
