Job Summary

• We are seeking a tech savvy Support Engineer to join our dynamic team
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing application support, resolving technical issues, and contributing to development tasks
• This role requires strong debugging and root cause analysis skills, along with a willingness to work in rotational shifts, including evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

• Provide application support and resolve technical issues efficiently
• Perform root cause analysis and debug backend and frontend problems
• Contribute to feature fixes and enhancements using Java and Spring Boot, as well as ReactJS
• Write and optimize SQL queries for database interactions
• Work in rotational shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed

Mandatory Skills

• 2-4 years of experience in application support or software development
• Strong debugging and root cause analysis skills
• Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot
• Experience with ReactJS for frontend development
• Ability to write and optimize SQL queries for PostgreSQL databases
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Fluency in Hindi and English

Preferred Skills

• Experience with additional programming languages or frameworks
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies
• Knowledge of cloud technologies and services

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
