Work-Mode: Hybrid 3 days from office

Job Location: Bangalore , Devanahalli

About the Role:

Developer

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, test, and maintain backend services using
Node.js
and
AWS Lambda
Design and optimize
PostgreSQL
database schemas and queries for performance and scalability
Implement and maintain
CI/CD pipelines
for automated testing, integration, and deployment
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (frontend, mobile, QA, DevOps) to deliver high-quality software
Ensure code quality, security, and maintainability through code reviews and best practices
Manage source control using
Git
, following standard workflows and branching strategies
Monitor and improve system performance, availability, and scalability
Contribute to API design and documentation

Required Qualifications:

Min 4+ years of experience in backend development with Node.js
Strong hands-on experience with AWS Lambda and serverless architecture
Proficiency in PostgreSQL with the ability to write complex queries and optimize performance
Solid experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Harness.)
Proficient with Git version control and collaboration workflows
Familiarity with RESTful API development and integration
Understanding of security best practices, especially regarding data protection and vulnerability management

Nice to Have (Good to Know):

Exposure to mobile development tools such as Xcode (iOS) and Android Studio
Experience with Ansible or similar configuration management tools
Experience identifying and remediating vulnerabilities in applications and infrastructure
Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation)
Experience with monitoring and alerting tools (e.g., CloudWatch)
