Sr Software Engineer - .NET Full Stack Developer

YASH Technologies is seeking to hire .Net Core Professionals with 4-6 years of experience in Hyderabad, Pune, and Indore. As a .Net Developer or Application Developer, you will be expected to have expertise in ASP.NET framework, C#, SQL Server, and design/architectural patterns. Additionally, experience in UI Technologies like HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, React.js, and Angular 10+ is required. Knowledge of Azure development/deployment environment and Containerized applications is a plus. The ideal candidate should possess good debugging skills, strong knowledge of OOPS, and proficiency in using code versioning tools like TFS/GIT/Azure DevOps. Familiarity with architecture styles/APIs, troubleshooting, and communication skills is essential. You must be able to write clean, scalable code using .NET programming languages, adhere to application architecture and design, and have deployment knowledge. Other mandatory aspects include the ability to join early or immediately, complete tasks on time, and potentially work as an individual contributor. Strong personal skills such as good communication, attention to detail, integrity, ownership, flexibility, teamwork mindset, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills are highly valued. In terms of technical/functional competencies, the role involves requirement gathering and analysis, application design, architecture tools and frameworks, estimation and resource planning, product/technology knowledge, test management, customer management, project management, and domain/industry knowledge. Additionally, knowledge of marketing and pre-sales activities is expected. Required behavioral competencies include accountability, collaboration, agility, customer focus, communication, driving results, and conflict resolution. Mandatory certifications are required.
