About The Role ::SAP WM (India)Responsibilities:? Participate & understand business blue printing workshops? Coming up with To-Be discussions and mapping of business process flows.

Gather requirements from Warehouse & Shipping department, analyze and provide solutions based on best industrial practices? Configure, Develop and test changes in the SAP Warehouse Management module for all requirements.

Perform configurations, development, data migration in Warehouse Management module.

Should be able to work with cross functional modules including Material Management, Quality Management, Production Planning and Sales & Distribution.

Document and train other teams for newly implemented processesRequired skills:? 5 plus years of experience in SAP? At least 2 end to end project implementations with hands on configuration experience in SAP WM module? Integration experience to build interfaces between SAP and External systems via Idocs and API?s is preferred but not mandatory? Strong knowledge ino Warehouse master data & org structure setupo Strong knowledge in Inbound process & Put-way process.o Strong knowledge in Outbound shipment & Stock removal processo Warehouse internal processes & Posting change noticeo Production order staging & Kanban material replenishmento Replenishment with in Warehouse & Replenishment between Warehouses.o WM movement typeso Cycle countingo Batch Management and Serial Management in SAP WMo Understanding of ITS mobile and RF devices with RF configuration & Queue managemento Outputs, Label printing, Scannerso Good knowledge on WM reports and Warehouse activity monitoro Integration knowledge of LE, WM, MM with SD, PP, QM, FI, CO moduleso Working experience in LSMW, Batch job monitoring/ creation and Idoc Monitoringo Should closely work with security teams for roles and authorization.o Experienced in documenting Functional design specifications for custom developments.
Roles and Responsibilities:? Develop business blueprint by conducting interview and workshops for project or support enhancements? Translate Business Requirements into Functional Requirements and Technical Specifications? Ensure alignment between IT and Business during the project lifecycle ? Design, Build, Test, Training, Go-Live, Post Go Live Support? Perform configuration /system changes to meet business requirements as needed in SAP S/4 Hana Procurement, Sourcing, Planning, Stock Transfers, Customer Returns and Repair, Quality Notifications,? Perform field-mapping for EDI/Non-EDI integration with internal systems or third party applications or logistics service providers? Drive change management process and ensure schedule adherence by collaborating with business, solution architects, cross functional consultants and developers? Perform impact analysis of the change and provide mitigation plan for impacted objects? Solve complex business problems by defining the problem statement, identifying the root cause, considering possible options and recommending the best solution.

Maintain SLAs and provide timely response to stakeholders for incidents, change requests or project deliverablesSkill/Job Requirements? Bachelor's or undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent experience? 5+ years of experience in supporting SAP ECC or S/4 Hana Procurement, Sourcing, Planning, Stock Transfers, Customer Returns and Repair, Quality Notifications? Experience in S/4 Hana is preferred? Experience of supporting SAP integrations with PLM, Planning, Supplier Collaboration or CRM systems will be an added advantage? Supporting users in a medical device company is desirable? Possess a strong business and customer/client focus? Experience with deep understanding of IT Applications and Technology? Strong problem solving and analytical capabilities? Excellent written and verbal communication skills? Very strong collaboration, negotiation, and influence capability required
