Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Software Engineer B2 with 5 to 9 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in React Js SQL Spring Boot Java Javascript and mySQL. Experience in the Cards & Payments domain is a plus. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work on innovative projects that drive our companys success and impact the financial industry.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using React Js Java and Spring Boot to meet business requirements and enhance user experience.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design implement and optimize SQL databases ensuring data integrity and performance.
Utilize Javascript to create responsive and interactive web applications that align with company standards and client needs.
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues ensuring timely delivery of solutions and minimizing downtime.
Participate in Agile development processes contributing to sprint planning daily stand-ups and retrospectives to drive project success.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies applying new knowledge to improve existing systems and processes.
Ensure software solutions are scalable secure and maintainable adhering to best practices and company guidelines.
Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to gather and refine requirements translating them into technical specifications.
Mentor junior developers sharing knowledge and expertise to support their growth and development within the team.
Contribute to the documentation of software designs processes and user guides to facilitate knowledge sharing and onboarding.
Engage in testing and quality assurance activities ensuring software meets functional and non-functional requirements.
Support deployment and release activities coordinating with operations teams to ensure smooth transitions to production environments.

Qualifications

Demonstrate proficiency in React Js Java and Spring Boot with a strong understanding of software development principles.
Exhibit expertise in SQL and mySQL with the ability to design and manage complex databases effectively.
Possess solid Javascript skills with experience in building responsive and user-friendly web applications.
Show familiarity with the Cards & Payments domain understanding industry-specific challenges and opportunities.
Display strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders fostering collaboration and alignment on project goals.
Adapt to a hybrid work model balancing remote and in-office work to maintain productivity and team cohesion.
