Sr Software Developer/TL (MERN)

Technource is seeking a Senior MERN Stack Developer to become a part of our global development team. As a Team Lead/ Senior Developer in MERN Stack, you will play a crucial role in guiding the team to define the technical architecture of their projects. This includes collaborating with them to finalize the database schema. Your responsibilities will also involve overseeing development activities, conducting research to overcome technical obstacles, and ensuring alignment with project milestones as per the scheduled timelines related to risk, quality, and time management. Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to review and enhance current code standards, processes, and methodologies. In addition, you will be expected to enhance the team's technical competence by providing training and development opportunities to both existing and new team members. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for effective collaboration with the project team and project manager. Key Skills Required: - Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in developing web applications utilizing React and Node Js. - Proficiency in NoSQL (Mongo) and SQL database (MySql) management. - Solid understanding of database schema, design, optimization, and scalability concepts. - Proficient in server-side CSS preprocessors. - Experience with node with typescript. - Familiarity with Material UI. - Hands-on experience in Redux. - Prior exposure to Flutter or React Native is a plus. - Proficiency in code versioning tools like Git. - Hands-on experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) practices.
