Job Description

Strong hands-on experience in JavaScript and at least one modern framework (React, Angular, Vue, NodeJs, etc.)
Ability to learn and work with new technologies as per project needs
Strong, confident personality with a presentable and professional demeanor
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Prior experience in team coordination or technical leadership is a plus
Proactive, dependable, and takes complete ownership of work

Nice to have

Exposure to backend technologies like Node.js, Python, etc.
Familiarity with Git, Agile methodology, and project collaboration tools

Responsibilities:

Communicate directly with clients to gather and understand requirements
Develop and deliver high-quality solutions using JavaScript and related frameworks
Support the full project lifecycle from initial discussion to production deployment
Lead and mentor junior developers when needed
Stay updated and quickly adapt to new tools and technologies
Ensure smooth, timely, and efficient execution of assigned tasks
