This role is ideal for someone who can manage operational workflows, handle ecosystem partner communication, and support internal documentation processes with a strong understanding of banking and financial systems. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end operational workflows and ensure process efficiency Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation and reporting frameworks Liaise with ecosystem partners and clients to coordinate deliverables and resolve issues Handle external communication professionally, including email, documentation, and meeting coordination Track and update project progress, action items, and process adherence Support data collation and reporting using Excel; generate dashboards and MIS as needed Work with Zoho or similar CRM/project management tools for workflow tracking Required Skills & Qualifications 24 years of experience in operations, program coordination, client servicing, or related roles Strong working knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, lookups, formatting, etc.) Prior exposure to banking, fintech, or financial services processes is preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills Comfortable with client-facing roles and managing multiple stakeholders Experience with Zoho (CRM, Projects, or Creator) is a strong plus Self-driven, detail-oriented, and process-focused Preferred Background Experience in banking operations, financial inclusion, fintech, or ecosystem management Exposure to project management tools and cross-functional collaboration Show more Show less
