   Description  
  Arctera Insight, Formally (Veritas EV.Cloud) is a foundation for intelligent information lifecycle management. With flexible deployment on-premises, in the cloud or hybrid configurations, Arctera Insight offers policy-driven retention and multi-faceted classification with default policies helping IT, Legal, and Compliance teams to retain their most important information assets and delete the rest. In this role you will closely work with Business Unit stakeholders, Support, Development, QA and peer teams to operate and support the Arctera Insight computing environment and application. This role communicates frequently with team members and stakeholders from the various business units, regarding status; and helps to troubleshoot and resolve application and infrastructure problems to ensure the highest degree of customer satisfaction. 
  Site Reliability Engineer who has experience in keeping large-scale sites more reliable, efficient, and scalable. 
  
  What you will be doing:  
  Part of Data migration team. Support customer for migration. 
  Provide support for our Arctera Insight IT environment, covering Microsoft operating systems, And Azure environment is 10 different regions. 
  Maintain and monitors for successful application through alert and monitoring notifications 
  The extended Arctera Insight Operations team provides 7x24x365 support for the application and operating environment. Some off-hours shift work may be required 
  Maintain and creating automation to support and validation of operational environment. 
  Provides day to day support of the Cloud platform through ticketed work assignments, as well as providing rotational on call support 
  Quickly pivot between different requirements and frameworks depending on business need, or system and stakeholder requirements 
  Support code release activities 
  Critical thinking skills to detect and quickly resolve issues in a proactive manner 
  Responsible for complex problem resolution, creating and improving procedures and facilitating communication 
  Ability to function in a DevOps atmosphere 
  Building software to help operations and support teams 
  Fixing support escalation issues 
  Optimizing on-call rotations and processes 
  
  
   What skills, experience and education you need as a team member to succeed:  
  Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IS or 5+ years experience in a 24 7 high-availability production environment 
  Strongly prefer prior experience in SQL troubleshooting skills 
  Experience with virtualization and cloud technologies. 
  Prefer experience or exposure to Active Directory, PowerShell and DB 
  Good understanding of Software Development Lifecycle 
  Experience with automation through scripting 
  Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills 
  Strong time management skills 
  Ability to work with minimal supervision, making decisions based upon priorities, schedules and an understanding of business initiatives 
  Strong interpersonal and team building skills 
  The desire to take advantage of training and learning opportunities
