Sr Site Engineer

Role & Responsibility:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sr Site Engineer located in Lucknow. The Sr Site Engineer will be responsible for overseeing construction projects, ensuring adherence to building plans, specifications, and safety standards. Key tasks include monitoring project progress, conducting quality control, managing on-site teams, coordinating with civil engineers, and communicating with stakeholders to ensure timely project completion. The Sr Site Engineer will also be involved in structural engineering tasks to ensure the structural integrity of the construction projects.

• On-site construction management and coordination skills
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management
• Experience in quality control and ensuring adherence to safety standards
• Strong background in structural engineering and civil engineering
• Proficiency in project management and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role is preferred
• Proficiency in construction management software is a plus
