Sr. Service Manager

As the leader of AJAX's nationwide service operations, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional after-sales support, maximizing machine uptime, improving customer satisfaction, and driving service revenue through effective planning, team leadership, and technical excellence. Your key responsibilities will include supervising and optimizing field service operations for AJAX products across different regions, ensuring adherence to service SLAs and operational KPIs, and leading a team of Regional Service Engineers, Technicians, and Service Partners. You will also be expected to act as a key escalation point for critical service issues, oversee installation, commissioning, and operator training, administer warranty claims, promote service contracts, and coordinate spare parts support. To excel in this role, you should hold a B.E. / Diploma in Mechanical, Automobile, or Electrical Engineering, have 10-15 years of service experience in capital/construction equipment (preferably with concrete machinery), and possess proven experience in managing large teams and regional service networks. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as health insurance and Provident Fund. The work schedule is during the day, and the work location is in person.
