Role Overview: As a Senior Service Engineer at Liebherr, your main responsibility is to provide technical service support to Liebherr customers and machines. You will diagnose, adjust, repair, and overhaul equipment of Liebherr EMT division such as Wheeled Loaders, Excavators, and Dozers. Additionally, you will apply your knowledge of electrical, electronic, hydraulic, and mechanical theory to test and modify operational machinery and equipment. Key Responsibilities: - Diagnose, adjust, repair, or overhaul Liebherr EMT division equipment - Test and modify operational electrical, electronic, hydraulic, and mechanical machinery - Operate machines for testing, inspection, diagnosis, and troubleshooting - Test mechanical products and equipment after repair or modification - Repair and replace damaged or worn parts with OEM spares - Clean, lubricate, and perform routine maintenance on Liebherr machines - Overhaul and test machines/components for operating efficiency and safety - Maintain quality standards through inspections - Demonstrate working knowledge of Machine diagnostic Software - Complete assigned jobs independently with minimal assistance - Assist customers with troubleshooting and questions - Maintain tools, equipment, and company service literature - Train and mentor others in the department - Complete assigned paperwork accurately and timely - Promote a safe work environment by following safety procedures - Handle and dispose of hazardous wastes properly - Refuse unsafe tasks in conflict with Liebherr procedures - Follow the Liebherr code of conduct - Carry out any other responsibilities assigned by management Qualification Required: - Full-time Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering from a reputed Institute/University - Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience on Earth moving and Mining equipment - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to communicate effectively with personnel at all organizational levels Additional Company Details (if present): Liebherr India Private Limited, located in Mumbai, was founded in 2006 and is responsible for sales and customer service of various equipment in India and neighboring countries.
