Job Description

As an experienced professional in SAP Warranty Management, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Gather requirements, conduct testing, provide training, and lead meetings. - Set up and demonstrate CRPs and RICEF developments. - Write functional specifications. - Utilize your Warranty Management expertise in designing, configuring, and enhancing SAP systems. - Demonstrate proficiency in LO-WTY Warranty Management and SD configuration at the config level with a strong pricing background. - Apply your experience in LO-WTY Claim Lifecycle, IC/OC claim versions, and claim functionality. - Implement SD Pricing and pricing enhancements. - Have exposure to or be familiar with the VSR tool, including Validations, Substitutions, Messages, and business rules. - Maintain quality code catalogs on header, version, and item level. - Possess additional experience in ACS Warranty Add-on, FICO integration, account keys, service contracts (VA42), Supplier Recovery, and ARM.
