Job_Description":" Senior Salesforce Developer Summary: A seasoned Salesforce Developer with over 7years of experience designing, developing, and maintaining complex Salesforceimplementations. Expertise in Salesforce customization, configuration, and integration,with a strong focus on scalability, automation, and user experience. Provenability to deliver robust solutions for enterprise-level Salesforceimplementations with 500+ users, leveraging both declarative and programmatictools. A proactive team player and mentor, with a deep understanding of Agilemethodologies, emerging Salesforce advancements, and best practices. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintainscalable, high-performing Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning WebComponents (LWC), Visualforce, and Flows. - Collaborate withcross-functional teams to deliver seamless digital experiences by integratingSalesforce with enterprise platforms using REST/SOAP APIs and MuleSoft. - Lead full life cycleimplementations, org/data migrations from legacy systems, and systemoptimizations for enterprise clients with over 500 user licenses. - Architect solutions forautomation, process optimization, and customer engagement using declarativetools like Flow, Process Builder, and Approval Processes. - Conduct root cause analysis andresolve software issues using tools like Developer Console, Debug Logs, andSalesforce Inspector. - Stay updated on Salesforcereleases and AI-driven innovations, incorporating new features to meet evolvingbusiness needs. - Mentor team members, reviewdesigns/code, and share best practices to ensure quality and maintainability. - Work with Agile teams to plansprints, create and refine user stories, and ensure alignment with businessobjectives. - Collaborate with QA teams toreview test plans and test cases, ensuring robust and reliable softwaredeliverables. Skills and Expertise: - Salesforce Development: Apex,Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, Process Builder, Triggers,Batch Jobs. - Integrations: REST/SOAP APIs,MuleSoft, SnapLogic and other middleware tools. - Data Management: Org/datamigration, data modeling, security settings, and Salesforce Shield. - DevOps: Git, AutoRabit, CI/CDpipelines, automated deployments. - Problem-Solving: Root causeanalysis, performance optimization, governor limits management. - Methodologies: Agile/Scrum,design and architectural patterns. - Certifications: SalesforcePlatform Developer II (PDII), Salesforce Certified Administrator, SalesforceCertified Sales Cloud Consultant, and or other relevant certifications. - Preferred Tools: Tableau CRM(Einstein Analytics), Marketing Cloud, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS. Qualifications: - 7+ years of experience insoftware development, with at least 5 years dedicated to Salesforce. - Proven expertise in designingand implementing enterprise Salesforce solutions with global andcross-functional teams. - Experience with Salesforceautomation tools to improve operational efficiency and reduce manualintervention. - Bachelordegree in ComputerScience or a related field (or equivalent work experience). - Extensive experienceimplementing and optimizing Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud to enhancesales processes and customer service operations. - Proven ability to design andimplement advanced Salesforce features like Opportunity Management, LeadConversion, Case Management, and Knowledge Base. - Expertise in creating seamlessintegrations between Salesforce and third-party applications using REST/SOAPAPIs, MuleSoft, SnapLogic and AppExchange tools. - Skilled in designing solutionsto manage complex sales workflows, service requests, and customer interactionsusing Salesforce capabilities. - Strong knowledge of Sales andService Cloud data models, including Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Cases,and custom objects. - Experience in building customSalesforce communities and portals to enhance customer and partner engagement. - Knowledge in Data migrationsand data quality management using tools like Snaplogic, Snowflake, dbt etc. - Excellent communication,problem-solving, and mentoring skills.
