In this role, you will be working with a motivated team to drive conversions for programs. Your job responsibilities will include:Conduct skills gap analyses to identify areas of improvementDesign training curriculum within time and budget limitationsCreate and curate training material.Induct new salespeople into the processCoordinate individual and team performance review sessions to discuss strengths and weaknessesMonitor sales objectives and results and drive conversionCoach Team members to handle rebuttals effectively.Observe sales encounters and collect feedback, results, and performance data of trainees after sessions.Report on the impact of training programs (e.g. sales achieved)Maintain updated records of training material and curriculum.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
