Sr. Sales Officer/ Sales engineer/ Sales Manager

Role Overview:
We are a reputed firefighting system integrator looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Engineer / Sales Manager to drive project sales and capital equipment sales across industrial, infrastructure, and commercial segments. The role involves developing project opportunities, liaising with consultants, EPC contractors, and end users, and converting enquiries into secured orders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop opportunities for firefighting, fire detection, and capital equipment projects
• Handle end-to-end project sales lifecycle from lead generation to order closure
• Engage with consultants, EPCs, PMCs, and clients for techno-commercial discussions
• Prepare and submit proposals, follow up, negotiate, and close orders
• Coordinate with engineering and execution teams for project handover
• Maintain project pipelines and achieve assigned sales targets
• Field-intensive role with approximately 50% travel

Eligibility & Requirements:

• Qualification: BE / Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (preferred)
• Experience: 3 to 5 years of hard-core industrial / infrastructure / project sales experience
• Mandatory working knowledge of Goa, Maharashtra & Karnataka territories
• Strong sales drive with a clear closure-oriented mindset
• Willingness to travel extensively across assigned regions
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
