Position Overview:

Regional Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute effective regional sales strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets.
  • Lead, manage, and mentor a team of 10 Sales Executives

    , ensuring consistent follow-ups, performance tracking, and achievement of individual and team goals.
  • Motivate and guide the sales team through coaching, performance reviews, and regular field visits.
  • Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and potential clients to expand regional presence.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and business partners.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and finance teams for smooth execution of regional sales activities.
  • Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management review.
  • Travel extensively

    within the assigned states to monitor team performance, visit clients, and support sales initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Should have Prior sales team handling experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 58 years of sales experience

    3 years of proven team handling experience

    in a regional or zonal role.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel frequently

    across Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Kerala, and Maharashtra.
