Sr Sales Executive

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of sales activities, which includes calls, meetings, and follow-ups. Developing strong relationships with existing clients to increase repeat business and referrals will be a key aspect of your role. You will need to manage sales performance by achieving monthly targets through effective communication with customers. Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall satisfaction is essential. Your responsibilities will also include identifying new opportunities for growth within the territory and expanding product offerings where necessary. You will be focusing on generating revenue and market expansion of salons in the assigned area. Strong communication skills, negotiation skills, being presentable, good at fieldwork, and having strong leg work are characteristics that will contribute to your success in this role. The preferred candidate profile for this position includes being a graduate with experience in FMCG sales and field sales.
