Sr. Sales Executive-Real Estate

As a Senior Sales Executive in our real estate sales team based in Sector 18, Noida, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Manage client inquiries and effectively convert leads into sales - Conduct property presentations and arrange site visits for potential clients - Meet and exceed monthly sales targets to contribute to the overall team success - Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business To excel in this role, we are looking for someone with the following qualifications and attributes: - Minimum 3-5 years of experience in real estate sales, either in the residential or commercial sector - Possess excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively interact with clients - A goal-oriented and self-driven professional who is motivated to succeed in a competitive sales environment - Must be based in Noida or willing to relocate to the area In addition to the above requirements, a Graduate or MBA qualification is preferred for this position.
