Sr. Sales Executive - 4 to 6 years (villas/plots)

Prerequisites: Candidate with good communication & presentation skills & minimum of 4 years of real estate sales experience will be preferred. Eager to learn and should be adaptable and flexible.

· Good understanding of the Real Estate Market and processes in the lifecycle of a real estate transaction.

· Interact with the clients and accompany them on Site Visits

· Lead generation

· Participate in negotiations

· Keeping updates of competitors projects

· Strong inter-personal and communication skills

· Plotted development projects mandatory

· Ability to work in a team

· Basic knowledge of working with MS Office and other tools

· Good Presentations skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

• HSR Layout, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Real estate sales: 4 years (Required)

Language:

• English, kannada (Required)

Willingness to travel:

• 25% (Preferred)
