Sr. Sales Consultant

The primary responsibility of this role is to acquire clients by identifying and pursuing potential leads through various channels such as networking, cold calling, email outreach, and meetings. You will be expected to deliver sales pitches that are tailored to meet the individual needs of clients, offering digital marketing solutions including SEO, SEM, Social Media, Content Marketing, and Paid Ads. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients is crucial to ensure long-term partnerships and repeat business. Meeting or exceeding sales quotas and key performance indicators related to revenue generation and new client acquisition is a key aspect of this role. Collaboration with the internal digital marketing team is essential to ensure that services are delivered in line with client expectations. As part of market analysis, you will be required to stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing, providing insights into client needs and competitive positioning. Other responsibilities include developing persuasive proposals and presentations for clients, maintaining accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline updates in the CRM system. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, along with proven experience in sales within an advertising agency background. A strong understanding of digital marketing services and trends such as SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, and Content Marketing is necessary. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential for this role. The candidate should be results-driven with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Building rapport and maintaining client relationships, along with strong organizational skills and attention to detail, are also critical.
