To strengthen our workforce, we are looking for a Recruiter who will actively engage in talent acquisition, focusing on on-ground hiring across different locations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Conduct field visits to identify and recruit candidates, especially for sales roles. 2. Develop strong networks with local talent pools, job consultants, and trade schools. 3. Source potential candidates through direct outreach, job fairs, and referrals. 4. Screen and assess applicants, ensuring the right fit for different job roles. 5. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and facilitate on boarding. 6. Maintain detailed recruitment reports and track hiring progress. 7. Collaborate with HR and operations teams to meet workforce requirements. Requirements: 1. Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. 2. 5 -10 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in manufacturing, agriculture, or the animal feed industry. 3. Willingness to travel extensively for field recruitment. 4. Strong networking and negotiation skills. 5. Ability to work independently and manage multiple hiring projects. 6.
