Sr. ReactNative Developer

As a Senior React Native Developer at our Logistics Tech company in Bengaluru, you will be responsible for leading the development of high-quality mobile applications using React Native. Your expertise will be crucial in designing and implementing new features to enhance user experience, building reusable components and front-end libraries, and ensuring the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs. Your role will also involve optimizing applications for maximum performance, collaborating with cross-functional teams, mentoring junior developers, and staying updated with emerging trends in front-end development. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead the development of high-quality mobile applications using React Native. - Design and implement new features and functionalities to improve user experience. - Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use. - Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs. - Optimize applications for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. - Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. - Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. - Troubleshoot and debug applications, providing timely resolutions to issues. - Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in front-end development. **Qualifications Required:** - 5 to 10 years of experience in designing and building mobile applications using React Native. - Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including ES6 features. - Solid understanding of React Native architecture and ecosystem. - Experience with state management libraries such as MobX or Redux. - Familiarity with front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, and NPM. - Sound knowledge of RESTful APIs and integration with back-end services. - Strong understanding of responsive web design principles and media queries. - Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript frameworks like AngularJS, ReactJS, or VueJS. - Experience in unit testing with Jest or similar frameworks. - Good sense of design and user experience, with an eye for detail. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities. - Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude. - Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively. - Passionate about building world-class user interfaces and improving user experience. - Experience with Figma or similar design tools is a plus. - Previous experience in a leadership or mentoring role is highly desirable.,
