Job Description

The role of a Senior React Native Developer involves leading efforts to convert existing React components into React Native, ensuring compatibility across both web and mobile platforms, and delivering the React Native components as a software development kit (SDK). We are looking for an experienced React Native Tech Lead to support and guide our development team in transforming React components into React Native-compatible versions. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of React and React Native, strong leadership skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality SDKs. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and mentor the development team in converting React components to React Native for cross-platform compatibility. - Ensure that the components work seamlessly across both web and mobile platforms. - Design and develop high-quality, reusable React Native components and deliver them as SDKs. - Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and provide technical solutions. - Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and maintain code quality. - Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the team is using the best tools and practices. - Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues and bugs. - Document the development process and architecture. This position offers the opportunity to work in a PAN India (Cognizant Office Locations) with a Hybrid Working Model (3 Days WFO).
