Sr. Quality Control Engineer-Mechanical

Key Responsibilities

• Perform quality control inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process production, and finished products.
• Analyse test results and identify defects, deviations, and non-conformities.

Work closely with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.

• Assist in training production staff on quality control processes and best practices.

Participate in internal and external audits and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.

• Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards
• Raise NCR and convey to Vendors.
• Visit Vendors for Inspections as and when required.
• Maintain Quality Control Records, and Inspection Reports.
• Knowledge of 7QC tools.
• Must have hands on experience in handling measuring instruments.

Required Qualification

• B.Tech/M.Tech/Diploma from a reputed institute (Aerospace/Aeronautical/Mechanical/Physics)
• Should have experience of 5-7 years in manufacturing industry.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
