We are currently seeking a Sr. QA Engineer with strong programming skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in Manual Testing. Your responsibilities will include reviewing and analyzing requirements, specifications, and technical design documents, conducting database testing and ETL, testing current products, identifying deficiencies, reporting and verifying issues, investigating product quality to make improvements, collaborating with the Product Development team, planning and managing the Quality Planning strategy, collecting quality data, performing regression testing, tracking quality assurance metrics, and preparing reports and metrics for Senior Management. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelors (B.E/B.Tech) or Masters (MCA) degree in Computer Science or a relevant field. Additionally, we require at least 5 years of proven experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer, proficiency in writing and executing complex SQL queries, thorough testing of backend systems, a strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process, and familiarity with performance and security ^ automation testing.
