Sr. Project Manager - Architectural and Engineering Consultancy - Ahmedabad

As a Senior Project Manager at the Architectural & Engineering Consultant, your role will involve: - Being a B.E. Civil / M. Tech in CPM with 10-13 years of experience in project or construction management function within consultancy or construction organizations. - Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Industrial construction. - Holding a Bachelors or Masters degree in Construction/Project Management. - Tasks will include preparing reports, charts, documents, etc. - Communicating with external project team members like Client, Contractors, and other stakeholders on projects. - Preparing meeting minutes and expediting follow-ups to remove bottlenecks proactively. - Coordinating design and engineering between different disciplines including clash checks between PEB, civil work, piping, ducts, openings, etc. - Generating preliminary schedules and bar-charts with a basic understanding of cost estimating, tendering process, and tender documentation. - Tracking & expediting submission of documents and reporting potential/actual conflicts to Project Manager proactively. - Preparation of Catch-up plan and Look Ahead Schedule, along with expediting resolutions for execution stage queries. - Demonstrating excellent verbal & written communication skills. - Candidates from Gujarat will be preferred.
