Sr. Project Engineer

Role Overview: As a Project Manager, your main responsibility will be to develop business concepts into defined projects and ensure their successful completion. You will prepare project feasibility reports, cost estimates, and execution plans. Additionally, you will coordinate with various teams such as Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Vendors, Contractors, and Operations to ensure smooth and efficient start-up and commissioning of projects. Your role will involve managing EPC contracts, preparing project close-out reports, and ensuring the stabilization of the plant. Key Responsibilities: - Develop business concepts into defined projects - Prepare project feasibility reports, cost estimates, and execution plans - Coordinate with detail Engineering Consultant for scope of work - Design equipment and document numbering system - Prepare work breakdown structure - Ensure project completion on time and within budget - Manage availability of engineering deliverables and materials for construction - Implement uniform procedures, methods, and control philosophies - Review, control, and ensure optimal value on time, cost, resources, and quality parameters - Coordinate schedule for issue of Engineering deliverables - Collaborate with procurement group for Project purchases - Coordinate with construction group for construction-related activities - Work with Project Control and Cost Control team - Manage EPC contracts - Prepare Project close-out and Technical capitalization reports - Stabilize the plant - Coordinate among various teams for smooth start-up and commissioning Qualification Required: - B.E. / B.Tech in Civil, Structural & Architectural, Mechanical, Piping, Electrical, or Instrumentation disciplines - Minimum 7-12 years of experience in project management functions for large-scale plant or facility construction in sectors like Refinery, Petrochemical, Fertilizer, Oil & Gas, Energy, etc. - Experience in handling Project Management functions/activities at the junior management level Additional Details: Not provided in the Job Description.,
