The Cost Manager/ Project Engineer QS plays a critical role in preparation of detailed BOQs, Rate Analysis, Estimation, Budgeting and Cost Management for building construction projects especially in the Preconstruction Phase of the Project. The position is based out of Pune in the Global Delivery Centre office of TQ Cert and supports India and International Projects
