Sr. Project Engineer

Job Summary: We are seeking a technically strong and proactive Sr. Project Engineer with experience in pressure vessel design, piping, and plant layout engineering for pharmaceutical projects. The role involves managing end-to-end project execution from design to installation and final handover while coordinating with clients, vendors, and internal teams. Key Responsibilities: Lead design and execution of pharma projects including sterile, ointment, and injectable plants. Develop and review P&ID, GA drawings, BOMs, isometrics, and weld logs. Oversee pressure vessel and piping design, fabrication, and quality checks (hydro test, boroscopy). Coordinate with clients, vendors, and procurement to ensure project timelines are met. Handle FAT, installation, qualification (DQ/IQ/OQ), and final documentation. Supervise layout planning for PW/WFI distribution systems, CIP/SIP cycles, and utilities (clean steam, nitrogen, compressed air, etc.). Review and validate automation logic (PLC/HMI).
