Dear Candidate, We are seeking a skilled Sr. Programmer Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing, designing, developing, and implementing software solutions that align with business requirements. This role requires expertise in software development, system analysis, and troubleshooting complex applications . Role & Responsibilities: Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Develop, test, and maintain scalable applications using modern programming languages. Optimize application performance and ensure system reliability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver software solutions. Conduct code reviews and implement best practices. Work with databases such as SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL. Design and maintain RESTful APIs for application integration. Implement and support software security best practices . Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements. Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript. Experience with database management and SQL queries . Knowledge of system analysis, troubleshooting, and debugging . Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Experience in software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall). Strong understanding of API development and integrations . Proficiency in version control systems (Git, GitHub, GitLab, etc.). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills . Strong communication and documentation abilities . Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication skills to work with cross-functional teams. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
