As a Senior Program Officer - Health and Medical at Operation Blessing India, your role involves providing leadership to the project and establishing connections with relevant organizations and stakeholders in project locations. Your responsibilities include closely monitoring program implementation, ensuring efficient resource utilization, and upholding high standards of integrity. Additionally, you will be in charge of community mobilization, assessment, planning, implementation, reporting, networking, and resource tapping. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the project and establish relationships with key organizations and stakeholders - Monitor program implementation and ensure optimal resource utilization - Maintain high standards of integrity throughout all activities - Mobilize the community and execute assessment, planning, and implementation tasks - Compile detailed reports and actively engage in networking and resource acquisition Qualifications Required: - Master's degree in social science with experience in public health or community health - Minimum of 5 years in health program management, including clinic management and preventive health education - Knowledge of epidemiology, biostatistics, and health information systems - Proficiency in MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Access - Familiarity with cross-cultural environments and customs - Strong decision-making and analytical abilities - Capacity to take initiative, innovate, work independently, and collaborate effectively - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English - Willingness to travel locally as needed, up to 50% of the year Join Operation Blessing India as a Senior Program Officer and make a positive impact on health and medical initiatives for communities in need.,
