Sr. Program Manager - Translation Services

As a Senior Program Manager - Translation Services at YASH Technologies, you will play a crucial role in establishing and leading our translation services capability. Your deep domain expertise in translation and localization services, with a focus on AI-driven solutions and scalable service delivery, will be key to your success in this strategic role. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead client engagements as the primary point of contact for translation services - Manage complex multi-language projects to ensure on-time, quality delivery - Drive program governance, vendor relationships, and stakeholder management - Develop AI-driven translation strategies, including MTPE workflows and neural machine translation - Implement hybrid human-AI processes for optimal efficiency and quality - Evaluate and integrate emerging translation technologies and large language models - Design go-to-market strategy and service offerings for translation services expansion - Build pricing models, competitive positioning, and market opportunity assessments - Create business cases for service line growth and investment - Recruit and develop translation services professionals - Establish quality frameworks, training programs, and centers of excellence - Foster innovation and knowledge sharing across the organization **Required Qualifications:** - 8-12 years in the translation/localization industry with program management experience - Proven track record of managing large-scale, multi-language programs - Strong vendor management and client relationship skills - Experience with AI-powered translation tools and workflow automation - Knowledge of industry standards (ISO 17100, ISO 18587) and compliance requirements - PMP or equivalent certification preferred **Technical Competencies:** - Expertise in CAT tools, machine translation APIs, and quality assurance processes - Understanding of AI/ML models for translation and prompt engineering for LLMs - Experience with translation workflow automation and integration platforms - Knowledge of data privacy and security for AI-enabled services At YASH, you will be empowered to create a career that aligns with your aspirations while working in an inclusive team environment.
