The Sr. Program Manager leads programs and products designed to improve seller experience and address program gaps while driving continuous improvement and identifying areas for expanded services.
This role focuses on facilitating growth through scalability and sustainability to keep pace with Amazon's overall growth, and may include leading small teams of direct reports.Key job responsibilitiesBuild and drive detailed roadmaps incorporating technical, operational tasks, workstreams and stakeholder alignments
- 5+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 5+ years of program or project management experience- 5+ years of delivering cross functional projects experience- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
