We are seeking a Senior Program Manager who thrives in ambiguity, moves fast, and delivers results. This role requires one to be a self-starter with strong business modeling skills, a keen attention to detail and good track record of collaborating with diverse stakeholders The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and adept at identifying opportunities, simplifying complex processes, and scaling solutions through automation. You will be expected to influence without authority, earn trust across partner teams, and evangelize high-impact initiatives.You bring strong strategic thinking, effective communication (both verbal and written), and a proven track record of delivering results with limited oversight. You are comfortable owning programs end-to-end and working across diverse technical and non-technical stakeholders.Key job responsibilities. Lead complex, cross-functional programs from ideation to execution, defining vision, strategy, and success metrics.. Define and lead the data science roadmap, including identifying opportunities to build machine learning models that improve efficiency, automate decision-making, or enhance seller recruitment enablement
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience developing and implementing systems/tools utilized for CRM, variable compensation, revenue reporting, forecasting, Salesforce automation, etc.- Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent- Experience conducting sophisticated and creative analysis of complex data and translate the results into actionable deliverables, messages, and presentations- Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent- 6+ years of experience in program, product or project management, with proven results in high-impact roles.- Experience owning program strategy, requirements, and end-to-end delivery.- Strong data orientation: experience using metrics, dashboards, and deep dives to drive decisions.- Demonstrated success in working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to senior leaders.- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related technical field.
