JOB DESCRIPTION Title: Senior Program Manager Location: Hyderabad Reporting to: Director Business Performance Roles & Responsibilities Reporting to the Director of Business Performance and working closely with the India Managing Director, this is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Program Manager with a proven track record of delivering transformational change. As Senior Program Manager, you will execute high-impact strategic projects and transformation initiatives across various functional areas and brands within Flutter Entertainment India (FEI) and the broader Flutter Group. Key Responsibilities Drive Strategic Programs: Own, plan, and implementsite-widee programs and change initiatives for FEI, ensuring alignment with the organizations goals. Monitor Progress: Track the delivery of program objectives and benefits, taking proactive steps to ensure successful outcomes. Transition Management: Oversee smooth business transitions, ensuring changes are seamlessly integrated into day-to-day operations while maintaining business continuity. Reporting & Insights: Provide clear and insightful progress reports, flagging risks and issues to ensure transparency and drive informed decision-making. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams across locations to deliver tangible, impactful change. ¢ Program Standards: Contribute to developing and refining program management standards and methodologies to maintain best-in-class practices across Flutter. ¢ Stakeholder Engagement: Build and nurture strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. ¢ Embed Change: Work with teams across multiple locations to ensure changes are effectively embedded and deliver long-term value. ¢ Future Planning: Explore possibilities and scenarios to help the India MD navigate change and shape the organization's future.
