Sr Program Controls Supervisor

Role Overview: As a Project Controls Supervisor (PCO HUB Leader - ROA and Pacific) at Honeywell Business Solutions (HBS) in Pune, India, you will report to the ROA & Pacific Project Controls Leader. Your main responsibility will be to ensure effective implementation of program/project management processes while maintaining compliance with systems, tools, and processes. You will oversee Project Control Organization (PCO) functions for the PCO HUB team, focusing on standardization, project analysis, and reports for small to large projects in the ROA and Pacific regions. You will lead a team of 6-8 direct reports within the PCO HUB team and have geographical responsibility for project controls in ROA and Pacific.
